I was absolutely blown away by the level of service at this hotel. Not only did they have fantastic ironing facilities that helped me with a last-minute outfit emergency, but they also went above and beyond to help me find a lost necklace that had sentimental value. the heating in the room was perfect, creating a cozy atmosphere in the sitting area where I could relax and unwind after a long day. the free wi-fi in the rooms was a lifesaver for staying connected, and the toiletries provided were luxurious. the attention to detail in providing everything a guest could need, from kitchen utensils to a flat-screen TV, truly made my stay exceptional. the convenient location near local amenities like Starwok and Tesco Cafe made it easy to explore the area. I can't wait to return to this hotel and experience their outstanding hospitality again.
